Description
With this activity you can get the list of grants a user has on a specific workflow.
- WorkflowId and WorkflowExternalId cannot be used together.
- SecurityIdentityId, UserExternalId, UserGroupExternalId and BusinessRoleExternalId cannot be used together
DocsMarshal Connection
Orchestrator InArgument<IManager>
The orchestrator object represents the connection to a DocsMarshal installation.
If this argument is left null the activity will work on the running installation. To work on another installation you must get its orchestrator by the activity DatabaseOrchestrator.
Output
Grants OutArgument<List<WorkflowGrant>> REQUIRED
The list of grants resulted from the search.
Security Identity
BusinessRoleExternalId InArgument<String>
The ExternalId of a BusinessRole.
SecurityIdentityId InArgument<Int32>
The Id of a user, UserGroup or BusinessRole.
UserExternalId InArgument<String>
The ExternalId of a user.
UserGroupExternalId InArgument<String>
The ExternalId of a UserGroup.

The Workflow External Id of the grant you want to search
