Authorizes the signing process by means of a OTP sent to the certificate owner in an SMS

ID of the signer

TransactionId OutArgument<String> REQUIRED
The TransactionId. Together with the OTP received in the SMS, this grants you access to the signing functionality

This parameter allows you to optionally customize the SMS text. You can use the placeholder {0} for the OTP, and {1} for the request date and time
