ClearPortalCacheItemForAllUsers
Description
Clears a cache item in the cache for all users in DocsMarshalPortal. Using this activity is necessary when the worflow changes the configuration of DocsMarshal and it's necessary to notify web users immediately.

Orchestrator InArgument<IManager>
The orchestrator object represents the connection to a DocsMarshal installation.
If this argument is left null the activity will work on the running installation. To work on another installation you must get its orchestrator by the activity DatabaseOrchestrator.

ForceRemoteEndpointsNotification InArgument<Boolean>
DocsMarshal will force the notification to the specified remote endpoints in the Portal that the cache item has been cleared
