AddProcessNote
Description
This activity allow to add a note to a process. Look at the DocsMarshal.Workflow.ActivityLibrary.Process description for more informations about notes.

IgnoreActivity InArgument<Boolean?>
It specify if the activity must be ignored or not, if it is ignored the process note won't be written and an empty Guid will be returned.
Note InArgument<String> REQUIRED
The text of the note.

UserId InArgument<Int32?>
The id of the user to display in the note.
